I am so excited for this event! I will be exhibiting my books (table #113) this weekend at Rain Taxi's Twin Cities Book Festival at the Union Depot in Saint Paul, Minnesota! (That's right, I'm coming home!) The best part... FREE ADMISSION, plus a used book and record fair and a convention floor full of local authors, publishers and major booksellers.
Here's a look at what we have cooking for you:
Rain Taxi’s Twin Cities Book Festival has two main components: Author Presentations, taking place all day in program rooms on the second and third floors, and the TCBF’s bustling Book Fair, featuring 150 exhibitors across both the Waiting Room and Head House on the main floor—make sure to visit each!
Also on the main floor, you’ll find:
- Information Station, your source for programs, exhibitor maps, free prize-drawing tickets, lost and found, and the answers to all your TCBF questions.
- Photo-op Stops, with TCBF backdrops for pics with your book-loving pals;
- Activity Areas, with a central hub in the Head House and smaller stations throughout (see list below);
- Rain Taxi, your humble TCBF organizer and host—stop by for a free copy of our quarterly magazine and great deals on merch, chapbooks and broadsides, and more!
A coffee cart with cafe seating is located in the back of the Waiting Room. Restrooms, vending machines, ATM, oversized games, lounge areas, and other amenities are located in the Lobby and Concourse areas of the first floor.
